Gateway selection

SkyPay gives one API access to several processors, similar to choosing a model through OpenRouter.

The Pay with SkyPay option is always first. When selected, SkyPay routes underneath using gateway health, recent success rate, your default, and platform configuration. A payer may instead select a named processor that your business has enabled.

Configure checkout​

Open Settings → Checkout in the merchant dashboard to:

  • enable or opt out of globally available processors;
  • change their display order;
  • choose a default processor.

A processor must be active on the platform and enabled for your business before it appears. New processors become available automatically, but you can opt out.

You may also pass a gateway preference when initiating a payment. Checkout availability remains authoritative; do not hardcode a processor as the only success path.
