Wallet and settlement
Successful transactions settle into the business wallet. Sandbox and Live wallets are completely separate.

| Available | Settled funds that are not already reserved or paid out |
| Pending | Successful funds that have not reached their settlement point |
| Reserved | Funds held for an in-flight withdrawal or disbursement |
Settlement modes
- Manual — request a withdrawal when you choose. This is the default.
- Auto — create a payout when the configured schedule and threshold are met.
- Instant — create settlement activity as eligible transactions settle, with the configured extra fee.
Open Settings → Settlement to choose from the modes enabled for your business and configure an Auto threshold. Live payouts require approved KYC, an active business, and a verified settlement account.
Transfer-API execution depends on configured processors. When a transfer integration is unavailable, an approved payout remains queued for administrative handling rather than being falsely marked complete.
