Withdraw funds
Withdrawals send available wallet funds to the settlement account verified during business KYC.
Request flow
- Open Wallet in the merchant dashboard.
- Review available, pending, and reserved balances.
- Enter an amount at or above the configured minimum.
- Review the fee and net amount.
- Submit the request.
SkyPay reserves the requested funds immediately so they cannot be withdrawn twice. The request then enters administrative review.

Minimum and daily limits depend on platform and business configuration. Live withdrawals require approved KYC and a verified bank account. Sandbox withdrawals simulate the workflow and move no money.
